Our Joining Process
1] Interview
2] Training (for 3 days) + Exam 🖋(in writing same day after training.)
3] Joining of Experienced Candidates.
Note: Fresher Joining: Practical work for a month on Targets & Commission basis!
Salary will count from Next Month's Joining Date!

Salary: Depends on Candidates & Company’s Policies + Incentives/ Perks/ Rewards/ Gifts/ Man of performance letters / Certificates on our personal Shree Ram Wealth Creation Products or Services, for example, classes!
*If not Salary justify then one chance or convert on Commission mode, calculations as per work completion.
Weekly off: Sunday.
Policies:
1) First 6 Month's after joining no leaves allowed! Only allowed on medical leaves having Certificate of doctors or immergency time.
2) First salary then Perks one month late!
3) After resignation letter by Registered e-mail id required One month Notice period & good behavior count for receive Experienced/ Reliving Letter/ last Insentives!
4) Hand over IDs, Password, Documents, Data to Company.
5) Meeting attendance physically important in off line!
6) Suddenly / not approved leaves: Not allowed & unpaid!
7) Cofidancial Policy most important, no excuses!
8) Dress code: Gents: Formal clean, Inshirt, Shooes, clean Shave, Only on Saturday / Birthday allowed informal. For Gents & Ladies Party Ware over fashioned not allowed.
9) Lunch time & Breaks suggested: For max 1 hr. after 11:00 to before 02:00 pm. Excuse in Medical/ Medicine reason only or particular reasons.
Break: One hour daily ( for Lunch & Refreshment two times (15 + 15 minutes))
10) Not allowed: Personal Mobile or Internet surfing not allowed in office / working hrs. Friends & Relatives meeting not allow in office. Pets not allowed in office & in premises. Non-veg not allowed in lunch!
11) Leaves:
l) Paid but Reserved leaves: On self Birth date allowed required to inform before atleast week! Self Marriage / anniversary! Child first Birthday. Self Medical reason in working hrs. Self Home warming. One day In year for Holy place with ticket proof! One day in Pitru Paksh Pandarwada (15 days period). For those performance considered.
ll) Holidays: As per list of Festivals or Government holidays.
( 5 days Diwali, Dasra, 15 Aug, 26 Jan, Election, Gudi Padwa,
lady special: Sankrant, Vat Savitri, Mangal Gaur, Nag Panchami etc.
Religeion wise: ID, Mohram, Panjabi, South, Chaat Pooja, Mankari, Kul devat Darshan, Navratri 1st day, Mahashivratri, Ganesh.
lll) Special: One day leave for Target achiever.
12) Let marks: One late marks Half Day's salary cut, Two late mark Full day's salary cut.
13) Refreshment & Facilities: First Aid Box, Water, Fans, PC/ Laptops, Mobiles, Washroom, Fridge, Induction gas, 2 times Tea / Syrup etc.
14) Targets: If not complete then can give one chance to complete. Need to at least justify self salary!
15) Joining Letter/ Offer: It will be Issue after 3 months with actual date & month of Joining date. Candidate need to sustain on job.
